Productbeschrijving

Intended Use:

The Dengue IgG, IgM and NS1 Combo Test Cassette (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) is

a fluorescence immunoassay for the qualitative detection of NS1 antigen and IgG and

IgM antibodies to Dengue virus in human whole blood, serum, or plasma as an aid in

the diagnosis of Dengue infections.

Principle:

The Dengue IgG, IgM and NS1 Combo Test Cassette (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma)

detects Dengue NS1 antigen and IgG and IgM antibodies based on Fluorescence

Immunoassay.

The sample moves through the NS1 strip from sample pad to absorbent pad. If the

specimen contains Dengue NS1 antigen, it attaches to the fluorescent microspheres

conjugated Dengue antibody. Then the complex will be captured by the anti-Dengue

NS1 in test line region. The concentration of Dengue NS1 in the sample correlates with

the fluorescence signal intensity captured on the T line, which can be scanned by the

analyzer. According to the fluorescence intensity of the test and standard curve, the

concentration of Dengue NS1 in the sample can be calculated by the analyzer to show

Dengue NS1 concentration in specimen.

The sample moves through the IgG/IgM strip from sample pad to absorbent pad. If the

specimen contains Dengue IgG or/and IgM, it attaches to the fluorescent

microspheres-conjugated Dengue antigen. Then the complex will be captured by the

capture anti-human IgM or/and anti-human IgG coated on the nitrocellulose membrane

(Test line). The concentration of Dengue IgG or/and IgM in the sample correlates with

the fluorescence signal intensity captured on the T line, which can be scanned by the

analyzer. According to the fluorescence intensity of the test and standard curve, the

concentration of Dengue IgG or/and IgM in the sample can be calculated by the

analyzer to show Dengue IgG or/and IgM concentration in specimen.
