Intended Use:

The TPOAb Test Cassette (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) is intended for the quantitative

detection of Thyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPOAb) or by non-specific in human whole

blood, serum or plasma as an aid to confirm the respective autoimmune thyroid disease

results.

Principle:

The TPOAb Test Cassette (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) is a membrane-based

fluorescence immunoassay for the quantitative detection of TPOAb in human whole

blood, serum or plasma specimen. During testing, the sample moves through the strip

from sample pad to absorbent pad. TPOAb in the sample will combine with the Thyroid

peroxidase antigen coated on the membrane. The fluorescent microspheres coupled to

the anti-human IgG antibody showed a positive correlation with the TPOAb

concentration in the sample, which can be captured by the Thyroid peroxidase antigen

coated on the membrane (Test line). According to the fluorescence intensity of the test

and the standard curve, the concentration of TPOAb in the sample can be calculated by

the analyzer. The testing result of TPOAb will display on the analyzer screen.
